Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Human tribal combat-aggro deck led by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden. It uses low-mana utility Humans and efficient mana artifacts to establish early board presence and tax opposing actions through stax pieces like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, and Boromir, Warden of the Tower. Once Éowyn enters the battlefield, any new Human triggers her combat ability to generate two 2/2 trample and haste Knight tokens while drawing extra cards once your Human count reaches six. The deck rapidly compounds this board presence with mass token multipliers and anthems such as Shared Animosity, Greymond, Avacyn's Stalwart, Horn of Gondor, and Blade Historian. It protects its aggressive board with premier free and low-cost interaction like Flawless Maneuver, Flare of Fortitude, and Grand Abolisher. The primary win route closes the table on turn 6 through overwhelming evasive combat damage, Akroma's Will, or an infinite combat loop with Breath of Fury.
