Red Blue Burrr by Mergel22

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a high-density Izzet spellslinger/combo deck built around Veyran, Voice of Duality. Veyran is the force multiplier rather than the combo piece itself: she doubles every cast trigger on the battlefield, turning cheap rituals, cantrips, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Birgi, God of Storytelling into explosive chain turns. The primary plan is to churn through instants and sorceries until one of the deck's many compact infinite loops is assembled - Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, Underworld Breach + Brain Freeze, or loops built around Hullbreaker Horror and Displacer Kitten - then finish with Brain Freeze milling the table or Thassa's Oracle. The deck is thoroughly protected by counterspells, free interaction, and instant-speed removal. It is a deck that wins because it can threaten the table on multiple axes at instant speed, not because of any single silver bullet.
