Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Sultai combo build helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking, focused on weaponizing activated abilities of Elf cards in the graveyard. Leveraging premier green mana dorks and black rituals, the deck accelerates into potent graveyard-entombing spells like Buried Alive, Entomb, and Hermit Druid. By loading the graveyard with Devoted Druid, Incubation Druid, Immaculate Magistrate, and Deathrite Shaman, Thranduil or redundant backup pieces like Necrotic Ooze and Agatha's Soul Cauldron generate infinite mana of all colors. The deck converts infinite mana into instant victory via infinite Deathrite Shaman drain activations or an overwhelming Finale of Devastation combat step. Backed by free countermagic, Veil of Summer, Allosaurus Shepherd, and asymmetric wipes like Culling Ritual, the list marries blazing speed with resilient protection and multi-angled backup routes.
