Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Polymorph control strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The list excludes cheap creatures and planeswalkers, running only high-impact threats with mana values of 4 to 10. The early game focuses on deploying two-mana artifact ramp and noncreature token generators such as Dreadhorde Invasion, Skrelv's Hive, and Lingering Souls. On turn 4, casting Jace allows an immediate -3 activation to sacrifice a token and cheat a devastating bomb—such as Archon of Cruelty, Serra's Emissary, or Avacyn, Angel of Horror—directly onto the battlefield. Backed by flexible removal and mass wipe spells that produce tokens, the deck controls the board while turning cheated behemoths sideways. While explosive in threat generation, the deck lacks infinite combos or compact finishes, winning via cumulative combat damage over multiple table rotations.
