Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Vnwxt, Verbose Host, utilizing the Start Your Engines mechanic to achieve Max Speed (4) by dealing combat damage across consecutive turns. Once Max Speed is online, Vnwxt doubles all card draws while removing maximum hand size. The deck converts massive card advantage into game-ending pressure through payoffs like Psychosis Crawler, which drains the entire table as cards are drawn, and Twenty-Toed Toad, which threatens an alternate victory with 20 cards in hand. A suite of efficient cantrips, bounce spells, and countermagic supports the engine. While the deck boasts immense card draw velocity and resilient player-bound speed tracking, its low land count of 29 lands and reliance on vulnerable creature permanents require careful mulligans and disciplined mana management.
