Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal stompy strategy led by Ureni of the Unwritten. The game plan accelerates mana through efficient one- and two-mana ramp spells, reaching seven mana by Turn 5 to cast Ureni. Upon entering and attacking, Ureni digs eight cards deep to cheat massive Dragon threats directly into play. The deck pairs these heavy flying bodies with haste enablers such as Temur Ascendancy and Dragon Tempest, alongside lethal damage multipliers like Atarka, World Render and Thrakkus the Butcher. Card draw engines keyed to high power ensure a steady hand, while Dragon ETB abilities provide board control. The deck creates a critical must-answer board state on Turn 5 and eliminates the table through overwhelming aerial combat across two response cycles, closing the game on Turn 7. Even without Ureni, the list maintains high resilience by naturally casting resilient Dragon payoffs.
