WE FINALLY DID IT by user3567776

Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a haste-y proliferate engine rather than a straightforward beater. The primary plan is to build an artifact-heavy board, use Kilo's tap trigger-amplified by Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus-to add +1/+1 and charge counters, then convert proliferation into a combo win through Darksteel Reactor, Geistflame Reservoir, or The Millennium Calendar. Secondary paths are poison via Prologue to Phyresis plus Expansion Algorithm, and commander damage from a quickly growing Kilo. The hidden commander is effectively Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, as it doubles every proliferate and turns incremental counters into game-ending bursts. Inspirit, Flagship Vessel serves as the key protector for the artifact engine.
