Deck overview

This is a bad-gift Commander deck built around Blim, Comedic Genius. Its primary plan is to put a harmful permanent-Demonic Pact, Nefarious Lich, or Immortal Coil-into play, then have Blim hand it to an opponent on combat damage. Secondary lines use Harmless Offering, Captive Audience, Fateful Handoff, and similar donate effects, plus goad spells to clear the way. The deck wins by letting a donated upkeep trigger run out or by forcing a donated Lich/Coil to leave or run dry with Chaos Warp or Rakdos Charm. There is no hidden commander or second face; Blim is the entire engine. The strategy is slow, fragile, and heavily commander-dependent, but it can end a game abruptly if a donation connects.
