Deck overview

This is a Grixis Wizards spell-slinger storm deck helmed by Kefka, Court Mage, whose front face forces each player to discard and pays you with cards (one per card type discarded), while his transformed face, Kefka, Ruler of Ruin, draws a card for every life an opponent loses during your turn. The deck marries that discard-draw engine to a "noncreature-spell pinger" suite - Black Waltz No. 3, Coruscation Mage, Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, Vivi Ornitier, and the Wizard tokens from Queen Brahne and Lindblum, Industrial Regency - then multiplies those triggers with Harmonic Prodigy, Wizard's Staff, and Displacer Kitten. It wins by chaining rituals, cantrips, and wheels into a massive draw-and-burn turn: every ping draws more cards off the flipped Kefka, Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Psychosis Crawler convert draws into table-wide damage, and an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery or a scaled Fated Firepower ends the game.
