Deck overview

Rip, Spawn Hunter leads a synergistic Selesnya Midrange deck that turns the act of tapping creatures into recurring card advantage and overwhelming board pressure. The strategy pairs low-cost mana dorks and ramp with versatile Vehicles, convoke spells, and tap-abilities such as Cryptolith Rite and Glare of Subdual to ensure Rip is tapped before the second main phase. This triggers Survival reliably every turn, digging four cards deep to draw creatures and Vehicles across different powers. The deck translates this card advantage into victory through high-impact Vehicles like Parhelion II, Reaver Titan, and Thunderhawk Gunship, reinforced by token swarms from March of the Multitudes and game-ending buffs from Tyvar, the Pummeler. Robust protection spells like Clever Concealment and Heroic Intervention shield the board from sweepers, while Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist and Glare of Subdual lock down opposing combat. Operating without fragile combos, the deck steadily outvalues opponents and finishes the game through evasive combat damage.
