Deck overview

This is a Captain Sisay legendary toolbox deck that uses the commander as a repeatable on-board tutor for any legendary permanent. The plan develops early mana dorks, lands Captain Sisay, then chains legendary answers, engines, and finishers-Seedborn Muse, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Ghalta, Primal Hunger-while stacking keyword lords like Odric, Lunarch Marshal and anthems. Primary wins are combat through oversized legends and shared keywords, backed by a Selvala/Marwyn + Umbral Mantle infinite-mana line that turns the equipped creature into a lethal attacker. Secondary axes include one-sided resets via Urza's Ruinous Blast and resource denial with Armageddon. Sisay is the access engine, not a combo piece herself; the 99 still functions, but loses its densest search.
