Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Izzet spellslinger and storm deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi functions as both an explosive ritual engine and a table-wide burn win condition. Each noncreature spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to every opponent. In addition, Vivi can add mana equal to its power once each turn during your turn.
