Deck overview

An Orzhov stax-and-voltron deck built around The Kingpin of Crime's toughness-damage ability. The early game plays cheap hatebears and card-drawing one-drops, then equips the commander with Captain America's Shield plus toughness boosters so one attack assigns commander damage equal to 13 or 23. Extort, Kambal, and incidental high-toughness attackers drain the table while Ghostly Prison, Thalia, Archon of Emeria, and Silent Arbiter buy time. Real wins come from repeated two-hit commander-damage kills, from one-hit kills via Stoneskin, Akroma's Will, or Tainted Strike, and from slow extort bleed. There is no infinite combo; combat is the only finishing mechanism. The deck leans heavily on its commander.
