This deck is a mono-blue combat-mill strategy led by Loki, Lord of Misrule. The deck develops an early board of low-cost utility creatures and passive mill enchantments before resolving Loki on curve. Its central game-winning line involves playing The Mindskinner and using Loki's sorcery-speed ability to transform all other friendly creatures into unblockable 10/1 copies. Because The Mindskinner converts all dealt combat damage into equal cards milled from each opponent, a single attack with multiple copies mills between 20 and 40 cards per player. The deck follows up on the next turn to exhaust remaining libraries simultaneously.
