Deck overview

This Golgari deck is an optimized Aristocrats and combo build led by Chatterfang, Squirrel General. The deck leverages Chatterfang's passive token doubling to transform any Food, Treasure, Clue, or creature token creation into a wide board of 1/1 Squirrel tokens. These tokens fuel sacrifice outlets, draw engines like Skullclamp and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, and targeted creature removal through Chatterfang's activated ability. The primary win condition is a compact two-card infinite combo featuring Witherbloom Apprentice and Chain of Smog, which drains the entire table in a single turn. Backing this up are secondary aristocrat loops powered by Pitiless Plunderer, Warren Soultrader, and drain payoffs like Blood Artist and Bastion of Remembrance, or a decisive combat overrun via Craterhoof Behemoth. Supported by premier black tutors, green acceleration, and low-cost recursion, the deck maintains high velocity and consistent execution.
