This Bant deck uses Morska, Undersea Sleuth to fuel a consistent draw-and-token engine. Morska creates a Clue token on every upkeep and grows whenever you draw your second card each turn. The 99 is built around redundant payoffs that trigger on drawing a second card, such as Jolrael, Mwonvuli Recluse, Mischievous Mystic, Alandra, Sky Dreamer, and Detective of the Month. These engines rapidly amass a wide board of creature tokens while generating steady card advantage. Token doublers and amplifiers like Academy Manufactor, Adrix and Nev, Twincasters, and Delney, Streetwise Lookout supercharge this production.
