Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green stompy strategy built around Ghalta, Primal Hunger. The game plan accelerates mana and deploys undercosted, high-power creatures like Steel Leaf Champion, Pugnacious Hammerskull, and Gigantosaurus in the early turns. These threats drastically reduce Ghalta’s casting cost, allowing the 12/12 trampling Elder Dinosaur to enter the battlefield as early as Turn 4 for just two green mana. Once massive power is established, the deck converts its board presence into massive card advantage through spells like Rishkar's Expertise, Return of the Wildspeaker, and Last March of the Ents. Combat enhancers such as The Skullspore Nexus, Fireshrieker, and End-Raze Forerunners amplify damage to knock out opponents over two combat cycles. While the deck boasts immense stat velocity and explosive card draw, it lacks stack interaction and defensive counterspells, leaving its creature-heavy board reliant on raw speed and overwhelming trample damage to secure victory.
