Deck overview

This is a blisteringly fast mono-red storm/burn deck built around Longshot, Rebel Bowman. Longshot's two effects - making every noncreature spell cost {1} less and dealing 2 damage to each opponent whenever you cast one - turn a simple ritual chain into a table-wide burn clock. The 99 is a critical-mass engine: an absurd fast-mana package (Mishra's Workshop, Ancient Tomb, City of Traitors, three Moxen, Lion's Eye Diamond, and the full ritual suite) feeds top-deck volume engines like Experimental Frenzy, Mystic Forge, and Wheel of Fortune. Wins come from Grapeshot storm, Aetherflux Reservoir, Glaring Fleshraker ping chains, or recursive Underworld Breach loops with Grinding Station, Krark-Clan Ironworks, and Reiterate. The commander is an amplifier, not a requirement - the engine lives entirely in the 99, so the deck keeps most of its speed even if Longshot is never cast.
