Exchange Meneldor 1.3 by zowiefr

Format: Commander

Commander: Meneldor, Swift Savior

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck wins by stealing opponents' best permanents and attacking with them. It uses one-for-one exchange effects like Cultural Exchange, Spawnbroker, Puca's Mischief and Perplexing Chimera to take creatures, artifacts and enchantments, then turns them against their owners. Meneldor, Swift Savior supports the plan by blinking your own enter-the-battlefield creatures for extra cards and by providing a flying attacker that reuses value each combat. The hidden engine is Perplexing Chimera and Puca's Mischief, which generate continuous advantage if left unchecked. Secondary paths use blink synergies with Panharmonicon, Roaming Throne and Displacer Kitten to draw cards and recur interaction until the stolen board can close the game.
