The Superior Mirkwood Elves (Build your own Precon) by dj.marcoss

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking leads a Sultai Elf-tribal value deck that turns its own graveyard into a toolbox. The primary plan is to ramp into Thranduil, play legendary Elves to draw two and discard one, then use his 'all activated abilities of Elves in your graveyard' clause to make him a mana dork, scry tool, or flicker engine. Landfall token producers and tribal anthems build a wide board; Last March of the Ents and Genesis Wave flood the battlefield, and Overwhelming Stampede closes the game. Without a dedicated infinite combo, wins come from one large trampling swing. The deck is commander-centric but not fully dependent, with enough low-cost Elves and ramp to function if Thranduil is absent.
