Deck overview

This deck leverages Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary to generate explosive amounts of green mana directly from basic Forests. Casting Rofellos on Turn 2 allows the deck to access 6 mana on Turn 3 and well over 10 mana by Turn 4. The list uses this massive mana acceleration to deploy colossal threats including Apex Devastator, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, Cultivator Colossus, and Finale of Devastation. While the deck produces format-ceiling mana velocity and high board pressure, it deliberately eschews instant-speed interaction and targeted creature protection in favor of extreme density of ramp, card draw bursts, and massive stompy payoffs. Opponents face an overwhelming combat clock starting on Turn 4, typically closing out the game on Turn 5.
