Deck overview

Captain America, Team Leader is a Jeskai Hero-tribal tempo/value deck. Captain's ETB trigger gives every subsequent Hero haste, vigilance, and a +1/+1 counter, letting the team attack immediately while snowballing Captain and all Heroes. The primary plan is to land Captain on turn three, chain cheap Heroes, use Agent Phil Coulson to distribute counters, and turn discards into damage with Cool but Rude. Secondary paths include a proliferate/artifact engine (Iron Man, Titan of Innovation, the nearest thing to a hidden commander, plus Tekuthal and Lux Artillery) and big draw via Astonishing Spider-Man / Mystic Forge. The deck has no true infinite combo, so it wins by repeated combat and incremental direct damage, with Get Out / Angel's Grace protecting the critical board.
