Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo-control strategy led by God-Eternal Kefnet. It accelerates mana in the early game using artifacts like Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Sapphire Medallion to deploy Kefnet ahead of curve. The primary win condition combines library manipulation from cards like Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top, and Jace, the Mind Sculptor with extra-turn spells such as Time Warp, Temporal Manipulation, and Capture of Jingzhou. Kefnet copies these spells on draw at a two-mana discount, establishing an infinite extra-turn loop that eliminates opponents through combat or finishes with Thassa's Oracle. A rich suite of cheap counterspells and efficient removal protects the engine, while redundant combo lines like Grand Architect with Pili-Pala and Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal ensure alternative paths to victory when the commander is pressured.
