krark sakashima (bracket 3) by user4596963

Format: Commander

Commander: Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Krark, the Thumbless

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Krark/Sakashima is a blisteringly fast Izzet storm-combo deck. The core plan is to land Krark, then use Sakashima as a second Krark; with Krark's Thumb and Wizard-multiplier effects, each instant or sorcery spell produces extra copies or returns to hand, converting rituals and cantrips into massive mana and card advantage. Secondary paths are the commander-independent Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame/Molten Duplication infinite-token kill, and Underworld Breach with Lion's Eye Diamond and Brain Freeze for a storm-mill finish. Sakashima's role is primarily to duplicate Krark; the deck is built around that duplication rather than utility copying, though Sakashima can also copy utility creatures when needed.
