This competitive deck utilizes Samut, Tyrant of Naktamun as a combo enabler and protection piece, turning every instant and sorcery spell into an uncounterable split-second action. The deck plays exactly one creature card in the 99: Hullbreaker Horror. Using Polymorph on the commander or a token from Hard Evidence deterministically cheats Horror directly onto the battlefield as early as Turn 3. Once resolved, Horror bounces mana-positive rocks in a loop to produce infinite mana, clear all opposing boards, and mill the table with Brain Freeze. Backed by twelve pieces of fast mana, redundant artifact tutors, a full suite of free counterspells, and asymmetric stax pieces like Back to Basics, Cursed Totem, and Karn, the Great Creator, the deck presents a blistering clock while completely suppressing opposing strategies.
