Deck overview

This deck is a Boros graveyard-midrange strategy commanded by Quintorius, History Chaser. The game plan revolves around turning graveyard movement into an expanding army of 3/2 Spirit tokens. The deck uses looting effects, discard-exile enablers such as Containment Construct and Conspiracy Theorist, and recursive threats like Excava, the Risen Past and Sun Titan to constantly trigger Quintorius. Once a wide token board is established, the commander's -4 ability grants all Spirits double strike and vigilance, allowing the deck to deliver decisive combat swings while keeping blockers up. Backed by solid white creature removal, board wipes that leave behind tokens like Ceaseless Conflict, and resilient protection from Guardian of Faith, the deck grinds out card advantage in the midgame and closes out opponents through sequential combat steps.
