Deck overview

This Jeskai deck leverages the partner pairing of Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son to establish a resilient, snowballing midrange engine centered on God tribal synergies and experience counters. Attacking with Gods builds indestructible experience counters on the player, which Kratos converts into escalating +1/+1 counters each end step while Atreus transforms them into repeatable burst card draw and global burn damage. A dense roster of indestructible Theros and Amonkhet deities provides durable combat presence and continuous devotion payoffs, reinforced by proliferate enablers like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus and Kilo, Apogee Mind that accelerate counter growth. The deck transitions into lethal pressure through evasive God beatdown, extra combat steps from Aurelia, the Warleader and World at War, and widespread token generation from Otharri, Suns' Glory and The Locust God. A versatile interaction suite and robust protection spells defend the board while the persistent nature of experience counters ensures rapid recovery from board wipes.
