This Bant deck blends historic synergies and Doctor Who flavor with artifact combo lines. Commanded by The Fourth Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith, the deck quickly builds card advantage and token velocity by casting artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas from the top of the library. A dense suite of two-mana ramp accelerates the board into artifact tutors like Fabricate, Reshape, and Whir of Invention. These tutors assemble infinite mana engines via Basalt Monolith plus Forsaken Monument or Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal. Once infinite mana is online, the deck filters through Treasure Vault into lethal draw-out kills using Blue Sun's Zenith or infinite mill with Sands of Delirium. Backup plans feature token swarms turned into 7/7 threats via Displaced Dinosaurs.
