Flowing Mana Hand of Cards by Buddadragon

Format: Commander

Commander: Iymrith, Desert Doom

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck helmed by Iymrith, Desert Doom aims to generate overwhelming card advantage through a dense suite of draw engines (Mystic Remora, Kindred Discovery, Windfall) and a resilient commander that draws cards on combat damage. The primary win condition is self-mill via Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, supported by wheels and massive draw spells. Secondary wins include Triskaidekaphile's exact hand size condition and combat damage from dragons like Ancient Silver Dragon and Nezahal, Primal Tide. The deck leverages a high density of free and efficient counterspells (Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship) to protect its game plan and control the stack, while bounce spells and creature removal handle threats. It is a classic "draw-go" strategy that wins through inevitability rather than speed.
