Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Selesnya aggro deck led by Kudo, King Among Bears. Kudo sets the base power and toughness of all other creatures on the battlefield to 2/2, turning every creature into a Bear. The deck breaks this symmetry by layering global anthems, +1/+1 counters, and tribal synergies that elevate your own creatures into massive threats while keeping opposing creatures small. Acceleration from cheap mana dorks and rocks enables Kudo and supporting engines like Ayula, Queen Among Bears or Cathars' Crusade to land early. Once established, Ayula fights down opposing 2/2s while mass pump effects turn your board lethal. A suite of six protective instants defends against board wipes, allowing the deck to close games through combat damage over two response cycles.
