Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Boros combat deck led by Otharri, Suns' Glory. The primary strategy focuses on deploying Otharri on Turn 4 to rapidly accumulate experience counters and generate an escalating army of attacking 2/2 Rebel tokens. The list amplifies this token generation using doublers such as Anointed Procession and Mondrak, Glory Dominus, while scaling damage output through equipment like Sword of Feast and Famine, anthems like Coat of Arms, and extra-combat engines such as Aggravated Assault and Aurelia, the Warleader. Otharri provides natural resilience by holding experience counters on the player and recurring from the graveyard by tapping a Rebel. While the deck possesses explosive damage velocity and strong anti-wipe protection in Flawless Maneuver and Akroma's Will, it operates with minimal instant-speed spot interaction and relies on combat damage across multiple attack steps to eliminate all three opponents.
