Deck overview

This Jeskai deck pairs The Tenth Doctor with Rose Tyler to pilot a dedicated suspend and time-manipulation strategy. The game plan focuses on deploying early suspend cards, artifacts, and Rose Tyler on curve, followed by casting The Tenth Doctor on Turn 5. Attacking with the Doctor triggers 'Allons-y!', exiling and suspending additional nonland spells from the library. In tandem, Rose Tyler accumulates time counters for every suspended card and time-counter permanent you control, rapidly growing into a massive Voltron commander damage threat. As suspended bombs like Dinosaurs on a Spaceship and Deep-Sea Kraken count down and cast for free, they overwhelm opposing boards while providing substantial mana velocity. The deck supports this aggression with versatile interaction, defensive deterrents like Propaganda, and protection tools like Everybody Lives! to secure a steady combat finish over three opponent turn cycles.
