Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger and reanimator engine centered on Magar of the Magic Strings. The game plan revolves around loading the graveyard with catastrophic high-mana instants and sorceries such as Breach the Multiverse, In Garruk's Wake, and Savage Beating using low-cost discard and entomb effects. Magar reanimates these spells as face-down 3/3 creatures that cast copies of the noted cards whenever they deal combat damage to a player. Once an evasive puppet connects, the deck generates overwhelming board presence, one-sided wipes, or infinite combat loops to close the game. Because the puppets lack haste and enter with modest 3/3 stats, the deck requires careful sequencing around opponent removal and blockers.
