Commander: Raph & Mikey, Troublemakers

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Gruul combat-aggro deck built around Raph & Mikey's attack trigger: each swing reveals cards until a creature, then puts that creature onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. The primary plan is to chain extra combats with damage-trigger extra-combat creatures (Port Razer, Raphael, Bloodthirster) and convert combat damage into Treasures (Old Gnawbone, Ancient Copper Dragon) to fuel Finale of Devastation, Full Throttle, and Insurrection. Etali, Primal Conqueror is the hidden commander; its front face is the preferred reveal because its ETB can cast spells for free, while the back face serves as a backup poison closer. The deck is explosive and consistent, but it is not a deterministic combo list.
