Oozed

Format: Commander

Commander: Uugguu, the Omniplasm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Uugguu, the Omniplasm is the engine of an Ooze-tribal token deck. The primary plan is to establish Uugguu, play nontoken Oozes, and sacrifice or destroy them so Uugguu creates two copy-tokens; repeat the process until the board outgrows everyone. The secondary plan is to use Doubling Season, Second Harvest, and Aeve, Progenitor Ooze to pivot from gradual value to a massive alpha strike. The commander's role is a force multiplier: every nontoken Ooze death is doubled into two 2/2 copies, which then feed the next death trigger. There is no hidden commander; support legends like The Mimeoplasm, Slurrk, and Necrotic Ooze are role-players, not alternative build-arounds.
