Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white Angel typal strategy commanded by Giada, Font of Hope. The game plan establishes early mana velocity by casting Giada on Turn 2, using her dedicated mana to deploy evasive Angel threats ahead of curve. As each subsequent Angel enters, Giada grants scaling +1/+1 counters, creating an overwhelming airborne presence. Lifegain synergies from staples such as Righteous Valkyrie, Bishop of Wings, and Archangel of Thune quickly push your life total above 50, triggering massive anthem buffs and token generation via Resplendent Angel. The deck aims to reach critical combat onset by Turn 5 and eliminate the table through evasive damage by Turn 7. While the deck boasts high typal redundancy and potent single-target removal like Swords to Plowshares, it relies on natural topdecks due to an absence of creature tutors. It remains vulnerable to well-timed board wipes, relying on cards like Flare of Fortitude to preserve its dominant aerial army.
