Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Boros midrange strategy led by Quintorius, History Chaser that converts graveyard interactions into a formidable army of 3/2 Spirit creature tokens. The deck generates card velocity using red rummaging spells, Containment Construct, and Conspiracy Theorist to exile and cast discarded cards, triggering Quintorius repeatedly. Reanimation staples such as Sun Titan, Karmic Guide, and Reveillark provide mid-game staying power and recursive value loops. The deck pressures the table by amassing Spirit tokens, augmenting them with Hofri Ghostforge and Quintorius's -4 loyalty ability to grant double strike and vigilance, and finishing opponents through overwhelming combat steps or Impact Tremors burn. Protection pieces like Deification and Boros Charm preserve key permanents against removal. While vulnerable to mass graveyard exile and lacking stack counterspells, the deck reliably grinds out card advantage, recovers its board state through reanimation, and finishes games on Turn 8.
