Commander: Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man is built almost entirely to transform into Amazing Spider-Man and use his web-slinging ability. The front face is a cheap 1W enabler that leaves behind a tapped-creature token for the alternate cost. The deck is a Bant legendary-tribal value engine: it ramps with one-mana dorks, then cheats out high-cost colored legendary spells for {G}{W}{U} by returning tapped creatures. The Sixth Doctor acts as a hidden commander, copying historic spells and creating token copies of legendaries. Card draw from Reki, The Great Henge, and Selvala keeps the engine fed. The finish is usually a massive combat step with Akroma's Will, Zopandrel, or an extra turn from Karn's Temporal Sundering.
