Nekusar by Darkay

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a classic Nekusar, the Mindrazer wheel-and-punisher deck that aims to force opponents to draw extra cards while stacking multiple damage triggers on each draw. The primary game plan is to deploy Nekusar alongside symmetrical draw engines (Dictate of Kruphix, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Temple Bell) and punishers (Underworld Dreams, Spiteful Visions, Phyrexian Tyranny), then accelerate the clock with wheels (Windfall, Magus of the Wheel, Whirlpool Warrior) that refill hands and trigger all the damage simultaneously. Secondary win conditions include Triskaidekaphile (exactly 13 cards in hand), Peer into the Abyss (one-shot kill on a single opponent), and Molten Psyche with metalcraft. The deck is highly redundant in its draw-forcing effects, making it resilient to hate pieces and commander removal.
