Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thranduil, the Elvenking is a Sultai graveyard-ability commander. The deck ramps with Elf mana dorks, then uses tutors and self-mill to place key Elves into the graveyard so Thranduil can adopt their activated abilities. The primary plan is to loop Devoted Druid and Immaculate Magistrate through Thranduil for infinite green mana, then finish with Exsanguinate or Genesis Wave. Lathril, Blade of the Elves acts as a hidden commander: Thranduil can reuse her drain ability from the graveyard, and she also creates Elf tokens. The deck can pivot to Elf beatdown with lords and pump effects when the combo is disrupted. There is no double-faced commander in the 99.
