Thranduil, the Elvenking leads a Sultai Elf tribal deck that wins by going wide. The primary plan builds a board of Elves with lords like Imperious Perfect and Thranduil, Sindarin Liege, doubles tokens with Doubling Season, and closes with combat or Lathril, Blade of the Elves draining the table for 10. Secondary paths use graveyard value: Thranduil copies activated abilities of Elves in the graveyard and fuels recursion with Elvish Regrower and Cauldron of Essence. Thranduil himself is a draw engine that triggers when another legendary Elf enters. Lathril acts as the hidden commander and main finisher, while Selvala provides burst mana and draw.
