Format: Commander

Commander: Celestine, the Living Saint

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Celestine, the Living Saint leads a mono-white lifegain deck that turns life total into a win condition. The primary plan is to gain life in large chunks through lifelink attackers, ETB triggers, and enchantments, then finish with Felidar Sovereign, Test of Endurance, or Aetherflux Reservoir. Celestine's end-step trigger provides repeatable reanimation, letting the deck rebuild after wipes and reuse key creatures. Secondary paths include Angel of Destiny combat kills, Serra Ascendant beats, and a reanimator package with Emeria Shepherd, Cleric Class, and Dino DNA. Rune-Tail's Essence acts as a hidden commander once flipped, protecting the board from damage. The deck is resilient but slow, with no infinite combos and a reliance on natural draws.
