Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Keyword Voltron strategy commanded by Rayami, First of the Fallen. The game plan revolves around playing inexpensive creatures with potent keyword abilities—such as hexproof, indestructible, flying, haste, deathtouch, and trample—and sacrificing them with cheap utility spells like Village Rites and Deadly Dispute. When these creatures die while Rayami is in play, Rayami exiles them with blood counters and permanently inherits all of their combat keywords. Once Rayami is shielded with hexproof and indestructible, the deck leverages high-impact power enhancers like Raised by Giants, Ana Sanctuary, and Fireshrieker to swing for massive chunks of commander damage. Rayami's static replacement ability also acts as passive graveyard hate against opposing creature decks. While the deck builds a durable, evasive threat that is difficult to interact with via spot removal, it remains reliant on sequential combat steps to eliminate opponents one by one.
