Deck overview

This deck harnesses the proliferate ability of Atraxa, Praetors' Voice to weaponize stun counters into a permanent board lock. Rather than relying on fast combo finishes, the deck establishes early resource parity with stax pieces like Blind Obedience, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, and Archon of Emeria. Once opponents enter tapped and restricted to one spell per turn, single-target stun spells like Freeze in Place and Involuntary Cooldown become permanent removal through repeated proliferate triggers. Card draw engines like Generous Patron and Verity Circle capitalize on opponents' tapped and counter-laden permanents to maintain card advantage. The deck closes games through combat damage from a growing Atraxa and direct damage from Mjölnir, Storm Hammer.
