Deck overview

This is a go-wide Azorius Spirit tribal deck helmed by Millicent, Restless Revenant. The plan is to flood the board with flying Spirit tokens, multiply them with doublers like Anointed Procession, Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation, and Elspeth, Storm Slayer, then finish through combat with lords, anthems, and haymakers such as Moonshaker Cavalry and Mirror Entity. Millicent's affinity keeps her castable once Spirits are present, and her death/combat-damage trigger is a steady token engine, but the 99 already carries independent token makers, tribal lords, and protection. The deck plays a midrange control-aggro hybrid: tax and counter early, lock the ground with pillowfort, then overwhelm the air. Secondary lines include Geist of Saint Traft pressure and value loops off Renewed Solidarity and Roaming Throne.
