Deck overview

Niv-Mizzet, Parun is the engine: every instant or sorcery cast draws a card, and every draw pings. The primary line is to resolve Parun, find Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, then cast any instant or sorcery. Visionary's noncombat damage-draw trigger turns Parun's draw-ping into a repeating lethal loop that should clear all opponents. Secondary plans are pinger chip damage from Guttersnipe and Coruscation Mage, Dragonstorm-fetched Niv dragons, and the Thousand-Year Storm / Storm-Kiln Artist / Narset's Reversal package. The hidden commander is Niv-Mizzet, Visionary. Parun is the star, but the deck genuinely functions only when the Visionary pair comes together.
