Deck overview

This is a high-tempo Izzet spellstorm/combo deck built around Vivi Ornitier as a mana-and-damage engine. Vivi grows off every noncreature spell, and her {0} activation converts her power directly into {U}/{R}, enabling a single explosive turn of cheap cantrips, rituals, and untap effects. The primary kill conditions are the draw-ping loops with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, Tandem Lookout, or Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, backed by a Underworld Breach/Storm-Kiln Artist/Birgi, God of Storytelling storm shell that finishes with Grapeshot or Brain Freeze. Harmonic Prodigy, Veyran, Voice of Duality, and Wizard's Staff multiply every relevant trigger, turning a modest spell count into table-wide damage and massive mana.
