Doctor Who - Paradox Power by zackd27

Format: Commander

Commander: The Thirteenth Doctor and Yasmin Khan

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Temur (GUR) deck is helmed by the partner pair The Thirteenth Doctor and Yasmin Khan, creating a value engine built around the "Paradox" mechanic. The primary game plan is to deploy both commanders, then use Yasmin's activated ability to exile the top card of the library and cast it from exile, triggering The Thirteenth Doctor's Paradox ability to put +1/+1 counters on creatures. The "Team TARDIS" trigger untaps all creatures with counters at end step, allowing repeated attacks. The deck focuses on incremental value through card advantage, token generation, and combat damage, with extra combat and extra turn spells as finishers. Win conditions include commander damage, pumped creatures, and the Flaming Tyrannosaurus death trigger. The deck lacks infinite combos but relies on sustained pressure and spell chaining from exile.
