Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact aggro-control deck is commanded by Bilbo, Thief in the Night. The strategy revolves around casting low-cost artifacts to generate Thopter tokens with Sai, Master Thopterist and Efficient Construction. Bilbo, Thief in the Night discounts spells cast from outside the hand by {1} and lets you recast artifacts, instants, or sorceries directly from the graveyard whenever he attacks. In the midgame, the deck converts wide token boards into lethal combat steps using Master of Etherium, Steel Overseer, and an unblockable Kappa Cannoneer. A sturdy interaction package featuring Cyclonic Rift, Counterspell, Propaganda, and Crawlspace stalls opposing aggression while you assemble your board. If combat stalls, the deck can pivot to an infinite mana combo with Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal, finishing the table through Aetherflux Reservoir or Urza, Lord High Artificer.
