Deck overview

This deck is an Outlaw-tribal aggro and impulse-theft engine commanded by Laughing Jasper Flint. The primary game plan revolves around rapidly establishing a low-curve board of Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks. Once Jasper Flint hits the battlefield, his upkeep trigger scales with your outlaw count, exiling multiple cards each turn from opposing libraries and casting them with mana of any color. Stolen creatures become Mercenaries, compounding your board size and accelerating future theft triggers. The deck supports this theft strategy with Treasure generation from cards like Sticky Fingers and Breeches, Eager Pillager, alongside aristocrat burn engines like Rakish Crew, Vengeful Bloodwitch, and Vial Smasher, Gleeful Grenadier. Targeted removal spells double as crime enablers to trigger extra value. While vulnerable to board sweepers and lacking stack interaction, the deck maintains steady pressure by converting opponents' resources into an aggressive, ever-expanding outlaw army.
